Returns & right of withdrawal
Consumers have 14 days to return without reason. Business customers only after consultation.
How to return
- Report the return within 14 days via info@hemkesmaritiem.nl with your order number.
- Pack carefully, preferably original and complete.
- Return the product; return costs are your own.
- After receipt and inspection, refund within 14 days.
Excluded from return
- custom-made products (cables, sets);
- equipment programmed on request (VHF ATIS/MMSI/DSC);
- products with a broken hygiene seal.
