Our products carry a warranty; the scope depends on customer and product.
Consumers
Statutory warranty: a product must do what can reasonably be expected. In addition, the manufacturer's warranty applies where relevant.
Business customers
The warranty is limited to the manufacturer's warranty.
Excluded
- incorrect use, installation or insufficient maintenance;
- normal wear;
- external causes, unless the product should withstand them.
Claiming warranty
Via info@hemkesmaritiem.nl with order number and description (preferably with photos).
